Healing Scriptures

Mt.4:23 Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.

Mt.4:24 News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed, and he healed them.

Mt.8:7 Jesus said to him, “I will go and heal him.”

Mt.8:8 The centurion replied, “Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed.

Mt.8:13 Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! It will be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that very hour.

Mt.8:16 When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick.

Mt.9:21 She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”

Mt.9:22 Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed from that moment.

Mt.9:35 Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.

Mt.10:1 He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil [a] spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.

Mt.10:8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, [b] drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Mt.12:10 and a man with a shriveled hand was there. Looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, they asked him, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?”

Mt.12:15 Aware of this, Jesus withdrew from that place. Many followed him, and he healed all their sick,

Mt.12:22 Then they brought him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, and Jesus healed him, so that he could both talk and see.

Mt.13:15 For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ [a]

Mt.14:14 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick.

Mt.14:36 and begged him to let the sick just touch the edge of his cloak, and all who touched him were healed.

Mt.15:28 Then Jesus answered, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Mt.15:30 Great crowds came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them.

Mt.17:18 Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed from that moment.

Mt.19:2 Large crowds followed him, and he healed them there.

Mt.21:14 The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them.

Mk.1:34 and Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was.

Mk.3:2 Some of them were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath.

Mk.3:10 For he had healed many, so that those with diseases were pushing forward to touch him.

Mk.5:23 and pleaded earnestly with him, “My little daughter is dying. Please come and put your hands on her so that she will be healed and live.”

Mk.5:28 because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.”

Mk.5:34 He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.”

Mk.6:5 He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them.

Mk.6:13 They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them.

Mk.6:56 And wherever he went–into villages, towns or countryside–they placed the sick in the marketplaces. They begged him to let them touch even the edge of his cloak, and all who touched him were healed.

Mk.8:22 They came to Bethsaida, and some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him. 23 He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he had spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, “Do you see anything?” 24 He looked up and said, “I see people; they look like trees walking around.” 25 Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.

Mk.10:52 Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.

Lu.4:23 Jesus said to them, “Surely you will quote this proverb to me: ‘Physician, heal yourself! Do here in your hometown what we have heard that you did in Capernaum.'”

Lu.4:40 When the sun was setting, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hands on each one, he healed them.

Lu.5:15 Yet the news about him spread all the more, so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses.

Lu.8:43 And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, [d] but no one could heal her.

Lu.8:47 Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed.

Lu.8:48 Then he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.”

Lu.8:50 Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.”

Lu.9:2 and he sent them out to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

Lu.9:6 So they set out and went from village to village, preaching the gospel and healing people everywhere.

Lu.9:11 but the crowds learned about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing.

Lu.9:42 Even while the boy was coming, the demon threw him to the ground in a convulsion. But Jesus rebuked the evil [b] spirit, healed the boy and gave him back to his father.

Lu.10:9 Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God is near you.’

Lu.13:14 Indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, the synagogue ruler said to the people, “There are six days for work. So come and be healed on those days, not on the Sabbath.”

Lu.13:32 He replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘I will drive out demons and heal people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’

Lu.14:3 Jesus asked the Pharisees and experts in the law, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath or not?”

Lu.14:4 But they remained silent. So taking hold of the man, he healed him and sent him away.

Lu.17:15 One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice.

Lu.18:42 Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight; your faith has healed you.”

Lu.22:51 But Jesus answered, “No more of this!” And he touched the man’s ear and healed him.

Jn.4:47 When this man heard that Jesus had arrived in Galilee from Judea, he went to him and begged him to come and heal his son, who was close to death.

Jn.5:10 and so the Jews said to the man who had been healed, “It is the Sabbath; the law forbids you to carry your mat.”

Jn.5:13 The man who was healed had no idea who it was, for Jesus had slipped away into the crowd that was there.

Jn.7:23 Now if a child can be circumcised on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses may not be broken, why are you angry with me for healing the whole man on the Sabbath?

Jn.12:40 He has blinded their eyes and deadened their hearts, so they can neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn–and I would heal them.” [i]


Ac.3:16 By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has given this complete healing to him, as you can all see.

Ac.4:9 If we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a cripple and are asked how he was healed,

Ac.4:10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.

Ac.4:14 But since they could see the man who had been healed standing there with them, there was nothing they could say.

Ac.4:22 For the man who was miraculously healed was over forty years old.

Ac.4:30 Stretch out your hand to heal and perform miraculous signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”

Ac.5:16 Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those tormented by evil [a] spirits, and all of them were healed.

Ac.8:7 With shrieks, evil [b] spirits came out of many, and many paralytics and cripples were healed.

Ac.10:38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

Ac.14:9 He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed

Ac.28:8 His father was sick in bed, suffering from fever and dysentery. Paul went in to see him and, after prayer, placed his hands on him and healed him.

Ja.5:16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

1Pe.2:24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.

3Jo.1:2 Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.


De.30:19 This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live


Ps.107:20 He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.

Pr.15:4 The tongue that brings healing is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit.


Is.53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Is.57:18 I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will guide him and restore comfort to him,

Is.57:19 creating praise on the lips of the mourners in Israel. Peace, peace, to those far and near,” says the LORD. “And I will heal them.”

Is.58:8 Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness [a] will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard.

Mal.4:2 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall.
